ASPL Alu-Pritsche
The Cargotrail aluminium lightweight platform is a weight-optimised kit for vehicles up to 7.5 t gross vehicle weight. The kit includes our new Airliner floor frame with a floor drop of 18 mm and offers flexible load securing using appropriate fittings that can be positioned over the entire length and width of the body. This eliminates the need for permanently installed lashing rings. The flatbed has a fixed bulkhead as well as folding side and rear drop sides as standard and the surfaces are anodised.
SSP3 Pritsche
The Cargotrail SSP3 steel floor assembly is versatile and can be used for chassis from 7.49 tonnes to 26 tonnes gross vehicle weight. It is suitable for building material platforms, curtain sider bodies and is available as a platform body or box body. It is supplied with stanchion and dropside systems as well as a high level of corrosion protection thanks to Magnelis-coated steel parts and stainless steel components.

Alu CS-Bausatz
The PWP trailer kit is suitable for vehicles from 3.5 t to 40 t and is certified according to code EN 12641 XL. It consists of screwable aluminum front and rear stanchions that can be combined with an SSP3 steel substructure or a Suer aluminum floor assembly. The kit is extremely flexible and can be adapted to individual needs, e.g. with sliding or fixed tops, rear portal doors and tail lifts.
Cargotrail-Alupritsche
The Cargotrail aluminium floor assembly in screw-clamp design is designed for chassis with a gross vehicle weight of 3.5 to 12 t and can be configured as a platform body with stanchions and drop sides or as a box body, depending on the version. Other variants such as the curtain sider are also available.
The steel curtain sider is suitable for motor vehicles and trailers from 3.5 t to 40 t and complies with the EN 12641 XL code. The high-quality front and rear stanchions are made of galvanised steel and can be combined with the SSP3 steel substructure or a customer-specific substructure. The kit offers a wide range of options for adapting to the individual area of application, such as sliding or fixed roofs, rear portal doors or the inclusion of a tail lift - this is just a small selection of the many variants available.

Cargotrail offers a lightweight and versatile platform / curtain-sider body. The SSPL steel floor frame is lightweight and covers the Cargotrail range for lorries up to 12 t GM with various body types such as platform, flatbed and curtain-sider. Certification to DIN EN 12642 Code XL for payloads of up to 8000 kg is available as an option.
